Track Volume
Here you may change the volume of the Piano and the Metronome.
By clicking the boxes to the right of the Volume sliders, you may select whether the Left Hand, Right Hand or metronome can be heard during playback/practice.
When each is enabled, a tick will appear in the box to the right of the slider.

Tempo
This allows you to adjust the tempo, for example to practice more slowly while learning a piece of music.
Clicking and dragging the slider, or clicking the arrows at the ends, will change the tempo accordingly.

Loop
Normally, the music (or Section) plays through once and stops.
Selecting "Loop With Count-In" here will make the playback, and your practice, loop back to the start of the piece of music or selected Section(s), playing a count-in bar before restarting.
"Loop Without Count-In" loops back to the start immediately, with no count-in.
